There’s nothing better than the beautiful spring that comes after a cold winter. One of my favorite parts about the springtime is the fashion trends that accompany it. Over the past year, everyone has become much more creative and self-expressive, and I think that’s showing this year through the hottest fashion trends. Take a look below to see what’s in style this season.

1. Brown

This color is what everyone has been thinking about lately. Whether it’s an accessory, clothing item, or for home décor, many are searching for the best brown item they can find. Brown is a neutral color that looks good on anyone no matter your shape or skin tone. It makes us wonder why it hasn’t come in style sooner!   

2. Floral

Flowers are always on my mind this time of year and serve as a beautiful reminder of spring. Floral-patterned clothing and accessories can help anyone stop thinking about the dreary winter weather.

3. Oversized Denim

Gen Z has declared skinny jeans no longer acceptable and increased the demand for oversized denim. Content creators dedicated to fashion on TikTok have shown many ways the jeans can be worn and how well they look on everybody. That being said, don’t throw out your skinny jeans — you never know when they’ll become trendy again!

4. Pastels

Pastels are a common spring trend and one I personally look forward to. Pastels are flattering on many skin tones and are a wonderful way to celebrate spring.

5. Faux Leather Jackets

Now that the weather is changing, we can look forward to sunnier days and lighter coats. Faux leather jackets are a thing of the now, and I can’t recommend them enough. They dress up any outfit for a date, dinner, or night out.
