5 Things I Love About Fall

  1. Pumpkin-Flavored Drinks

Holiday drinks are always limited to seasonal times, which means I try to make the most out of every season. That also means I’m constantly drinking iced pumpkin spice lattes. Personally, I love going to Dunkin’ for my coffee fix; you can’t beat the price and value you get from such a large cup!

2. Pumpkin Patches & Apple Orchards

Pumpkins and apples

Two of my favorite things to do in the fall are head out to any pumpkin patch with my friends and visit the apple orchard to go apple-picking with my family. I know anytime I go I’ll leave knowing I am making so many great memories with my family and friends, and I always appreciate that aspect. I also always look forward to getting warm apple cider donuts, which is one of my favorite desserts.

3. Sweater Weather

Once fall starts to roll around, it’s also around the same time I get tired of the hot weather and sweating all of the time. Being swallowed by oversized sweaters is my vibe all year round, and I can fully embrace it in the fall without being too hot or too cold.

4. Halloween Movies

I’ve already started watching my fair share of Halloween movies, one of them being the Harry Potter series, my all-time favorite. Halloween movies make me feel a different type of euphoria since I like to associate them with my childhood. I always looked forward to watching a different movie on ABC family when I was younger, and I still love picking different ones out on Netflix.

5. Fall Colors

I love going on long drives around my neighborhood and looking at the leaves falling off the trees. During this time, I like to reflect upon my day, and with such a pretty view, it makes it that much easier. Walking around campus, I also find myself admiring the colors of trees and life starting to change. The vibrant oranges and yellows just make me so happy and make me feel so lucky to be on such a pretty campus.
