Smoothie bowls are the perfect healthy and delicious way to start your day with plenty of energy and a happy  stomach. Here are three bowls that will not disappoint and the best part is they are completely customizable and can be made with just about any fruit, veggie, seed, etc. that you can think of!

Very Berry Smoothie Bowl

This scrumptious mix of berries, banana, and an array of toppings is the best way to start your day or even to have as a midday snack.

For this bowl simply blend together an array of mix berries, a frozen banana, almond or coconut milk, and vanilla protein powder (optional). Then pour into a bowl and top with fresh strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, banana, coconut shavings, granola, hemp seeds and any other topping you prefer. This combination of yummy, healthy, and nutritious ingredients are bound to be your go to on any day!

Pitaya Smoothie Bowl

One of the most popular ingredients in smoothie bowls right now is pitaya or dragon fruit. This delicious fruit filled bowl is going to make your tastebuds very happy and is nothing but a mix of healthy ingredients.

To make this bowl simply blend together frozen bananas, mango, pitaya, and coconut or almond milk, plus any additional seeds, powders, or sweeteners of your choice. Then after the mixture is poured into a bowl top with coconut shavings, fresh chopped pitaya, sliced bananas, kiwi, granola, and any other topping you prefer. Who wouldn’t want to eat that incredible mix of goodness!?

Green Smoothie Bowl

While sometimes we may be afraid of green smoothies or smoothie bowls this one is nothing to fear. With the combination of both healthy greens and sweet fruit this may be your next go to breakfast!!

To make, blend together kale leaves, avocado, almond milk, frozen banana, mango, and agave. Then pour into a bowl and top with raspberries, kiwi, banana, mango, chia seeds, any other toppings of preference, and a final drizzle of agave.  All that sweet delicious fruit inside the smoothie and as the topping masks away the taste of vegetables yet gives you the same nutritious benefits!
