1. Portion-Controlled Meals

Coming from school and dining hall food, it can be hard to resist all of the home-cooked meals and restaurants you’ve missed. A good way to stay fit is to portion control by preparing your meals at home and proportioning the right amount of veggies, carbs, protein, and so on.
2. Eating Healthy Snacks Between Meals

A good way to prevent overeating is having small, healthy snacks between meals! This will help to work up your appetite and keep you fit. Some good snacks to try are nuts, fruits, or vegetables. To switch things up, also try out different dips like ranch or hummus.
3. Research At-Home Workouts

Sometimes you just can’t make it out to the gym, or you’re just relaxing on vacation where a gym is not available. So, look up easy workouts that you can do in the comfort of your own home! Create a routine that you can also carry back with you to the gym.
4. Water!

Just drinking water and staying hydrated is a simple way to stay fit, since it flushes out the toxins in your body. One tip you can follow to drink more is to keep a water bottle with you at all times. This makes it so easy to just be sipping on some water!
5. Pick a Quote to Help You Stay Motivated

Sometimes it can be hard to stay motivated to actually go workout or follow through with your fitness plan. A nice thing to do for yourself is to choose a meaningful quote to help lift your spirits and remind yourself to keep on moving forward.
6. Get Plenty of Sleep

Getting enough sleep in general is what you need to keep your body fueled and ready for the day. So to stay fit, you need to start with getting enough sleep over spring break!
