Throw on a movie that both you and your date can enjoy! Engage with each other and the movie; having something play in the background is the perfect way to snuggle up. Have a Netflix marathon late into the night and enjoy each other’s company.

Having blankets at the ready will you keep you and your date warm and cozy on cold winter days. Blankets are an essential to have on a Valentine’s date night in; they set the mood by showing you are all about comfort.
4. A Home-Cooked Meal

A homemade meal is a great way to show off your skills to your Valentine. It shows them how much you care, with a home-cooked meal being more intimate compared to takeout.
5. Hot Drinks

Share a warm beverage, like hot chocolate or tea, with your significant other. These drinks will warm you both up, which is a nice setup for the night. Share a drink, talk, and get to know each other.

Candles are perfect for a quiet night in, when you still want to see your date without it being too bright or dark. Candles make the night intimate, bringing you and your date closer together. Choosing the right candle can be important too, as the scent can impact your date. Opting for candles infused with essential oils is a good way to loosen up for the night.
