During the holiday season, there are seemingly endless events that require wearing festive outfits. To create the perfect look for these occasions, try incorporating a few of these staple pieces!
Sequins
Sequins are a fun and easy way to add a little flair to your holiday outfits. Whether it’s with a cardigan sweater or a sequined skirt, there are plenty of ways to add a little extra sparkle.
Fair Isle Sweaters
A cozy option for your festive outfit is a warm sweater with a classic Fair Isle pattern. Add a pair of leggings or jeans and some fuzzy socks, and you’re ready to spend the day eating comfort food and opening presents!
Festive Flannel
A flannel or plaid shirt or scarf featuring red, navy, green, or white (or a combination of these colors) is a great way to don holiday colors in a fashionable way. There are also lots of ways to spruce up plaid patterns for the holidays, such as with a statement necklace or a vest (see below).
Statement Necklaces
Rhinestone or pearl statement necklaces are great additions to any holiday outfit. Simply throw on with any plaid shirt or sweater, and you’ll instantly look more festive!
