January was a month of running shoes and drinking plenty of water for many of us, but what is the key to making the rest of this year like this past month?

In order to follow through with working out, we must have the desire to work out. Music is something that always motivates me, whether listening to it while working out or making it part of the workout itself (I love dance-based workouts). The right playlist can really be a game-changer. Here are 22 pump-up songs that have helped me stay motivated to keep my fitness resolutions, and hopefully can do the same for you!
