Must-See Movies This Summer

The summer movie season is rapidly approaching. Soon movie-goers will dare to fall in love with new characters while devoted fans will rekindle with old ones. Many viewers will cheer on their favorite heroes in battle, while others will get lost in the cinematography of each scene. Whatever happens, Hollywood’s studios will release some of their best pictures. Here are some of the movies you should watch out for this summer.

Alien: Covenant – May 19^th, 2017

Director Ridley Scott returns with a follow-up to Prometheus. In this movie, the crew travels the galaxy and runs into trouble looking for paradise.

Wonder Woman – June 2, 2017

After making her first appearance in Batman V. Superman, Wonder Woman returns to the screen, this time telling her origin story.

Everything, Everything – May 19^th, 2017

A sick teen who is allergic to everything and confined to her home meets a boy who wants to show her the world.

Spider-Man: Homecoming – July 7, 2017

The new Spider-Man introduced in Captain America: Civil War tries to balance being a superhero and being Peter Parker, a regular teenage kid.

War for the Planet of the Apes – July 17, 2017

This is a sequel to the 2011 Planet of the Apes. In this movie, the apes seek revenge.

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales – May 26, 2017

Johnny Deep returns as Captain Jack Sparrow for the fifth movie in the series. The adventure continues as Jack searches for the trident of Poseidon.

Transformers: The Last Knight – June 23, 2017

The Transformers are back for their fifth installment, in which humans and Transformers are at war and Optimus Prime is gone.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 – May 5, 2017

Guardians of the Galaxy returns for a sequel! The team is on another adventure, and this time, their mission is to find out the truth about Peter Quill’s parents.
