Halloween Group Costumes

In college, one of the hardest parts about Halloween is having the time to come up with a good costume without spending too much money. Well today you’re going to find out how easy it is to come up with a cool costume idea on a college student’s budget.

Bob’s Burgers – Belcher Family

Who doesn’t love cartoons? Why not bring those cartoons to life by dressing up as one of the funniest adult cartoons out there. The best part about dressing up as the Belcher family is that you will have easily recognizable costumes. It also works well with numbers. If there are only two of you dressing up, you can dress up as Bob and Linda. If there are three of you, you can be Louis, Gene, and Tina. And if there are five you can be the entire family.

The 3 Blind Mice

The 3 Blind Bice is such an easy group costume idea because you don’t have to buy an actual outfit. You can buy the mouse ears for a dollar on eBay. The white gloves can be bought on PartyBell.com for less than a dollar, and the rest is whatever you make it. You can wear whatever black clothes you want, but be sure to add the whiskers yourself.

Average Joes

This 2004 sports comedy film was such a hit. The “Average Joes” T-shirt can be found on Textual Tees for only six dollars. We all know that it gets pretty cold on Halloween night, especially on the UIUC campus so you can even order it as a sweater. Everything else shown in the picture is optional, and you can even style it to fit your personal fashion taste.

Alvin and the Chipmunks

Now if you’re looking for a group costume that is super simple and cute, Alvin and the Chipmunks is the way to go. Just get those cute oversized sweaters, some little chipmunk ears, and find some shoes to match. You and your group of friends can also get the headset microphones. This costume can be whatever you make of it.

Hocus Pocus Witches

What’s Halloween without a witch, right? How about the three most legendary witches you can possibly think of? All eyes would definitely be on you and your friends all night long. These costumes might take a little more money out of your pocket, but you cannot go wrong dressing up as one of the Sanderson sisters.

Scooby-Doo Gang

Last but definitely not least, we couldn’t forget about the Scooby-Doo Gang. This is another group costume idea that you can’t go wrong with. No one has to know a thing about Scooby-Doo, but if your crew were to dress up as these characters and show up at a party, everyone will know what your costumes are.
